A veterinarian is the best person to ask.

Please speak to a vet on this I know my cat is on diet due to kidney stones and his food does help him to dissolves the stone but this food does intend to put weight on so do think you should be talking to a vet who can advise you the best diet anyway good luck

Do you mean gall bladder stones ? Because stone in the bladder would likely be urinated out......unless they're coming down to the bladder from the kidney. Then they might get stuck in the tubes. She needs a diet that's low in purine and taurine. Sometimes it says on the label. But, like the above answers say, please consult a vet.
