"A sign of skin damage"? My skin has been damaged since I was 4 years old I guess. I've tried most of those suggestions because when I was a young teen, I HATED them. None worked. lol
I'm a little iffy about the home remedies too because I've always thought that freckles were permanent. Yep, I'm with you not all freckles can be due to sun damage.
