      When we were looking to sell our home back in December, a real estate buddy of mine gave me great advice.


      DO YOU WANT YOUR PRICE, OR DO YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR HOME?


      Your house IS NOT worth what it was 4 years ago. As soon as you realize that the better.
