    3 Large Chicken Breasts (cut into chunks or bite size)


    2 tbls of Cumin Seeds


    2 tbls of methi


    2 tabls of Black Cumin (kalogcoa Kalwangi)


    2 tabls of blavk mustard seeds


    2 tbls of Ajwain seeds


    1 tbls of pepper


    1 1/2 red onion


    2 tbls of plain yougut (greek is best )


    3 chopped garlic cloves ( i always put in 6 thats because garlic is so good for you)


    4 hot chillies chopped


    1 to 2 teaspoon og Tumeric


    1 teaspoon of salt


    1 teaspoon of chillie powder


    Fresh corriadner chopped about a hand full


    2 fresh Tmatoes chopped into 1/4


    2 large table spoons of dried Methi in at the end of dish about 10mins before end


    heat oil in a saucepan that is old as this will burn a bit( OIL about 2tbls) fry everthing except the yogut and the fresh corrander on the highest heat and keep stiring foe about 7/8 mins then add the yougut and simmer for about 10 mins and then add your chopped corriander and serve with rice or make your indian bread nb if it gets too dry add a little water as this dish is meant to be dry or if you want it to be with sauce add more yougut this dish is called Chicken Achari and from gurgerat in India

    I found it! I found it! This looks absolutley delicious!! Being a bumpkin though, Some of this stuff I've never heard of before. We have an Asian market near by that I've never been too but they may have these items. It will be a couple of weeks before I can make it. I will let you know. Thank you for the time and effort it took you to write all of this down for me. I surely do appreciate it.

    Country Bumkin Glad you got it as Pamela sent to you in a comment which was so good of her as I dont have the faintest idea how all these things work I am sure if you go to the asian market they will have all that for you I for got say that you must put a handful of Methi this is dried herbs and smells like curry I love it I add to all my curries good luck and thank you

    YA, she's a great cook. I was going to make this but my po dunk town does not carry all of these ingredients and I don't make it to the big city that often.
