Make Firefox your default browser.

At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Tools menu and select Options...

On the menu bar, click on the Firefox menu and select Preferences...

At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Edit menu and select Preferences....

Select the Advanced panel, then click the General tab, and then click Check Now.

Select Yes to set Firefox as your default browser.

The reason is might be is your default web browser is Internet Explorer not Firefox. the following is how to change it:

Click on start and click on set programs and defaults in the second row. Change the browser default there.
