What do you do for a living? Or have you been doing some gardening working with a shovel or something. Blisters often appear if you are using a shovel for example and do not wear gloves the friction on your hands from the shovel can cause blisters. The same thing for your feet if for example you are wearing a new pair of shoes or boots and they are not broken in yet or are too small that can cause blisters as well.
If you have none of the the above reasons to have blisters see your Doctor.
