Yes. It's a form of Luekemian. My girl friend's adult daughter has it. I never heard of it till she got it. Then, I studied up on it. I'm praying for her too. Hope she gets a stem cell transplant. That might cure her. First, she needs to get a bone marrow transplant. I friend of my brothers had leukemia, and he got a bone marrow transplant. It seemed to be working, but then he got pneumonia and died :-(
Another friend of my brothers got protate cancer adn was dying, but then they gave him a stem cell transplant and he's doing ok now. I'm against exploiting human embryos for stem cell transplants. But, they have been taking hormones ouf of womens' umbilical cord for years; so they can take stem cells out of the cord too.
