how do i get to read or have probated my mothers will?
my name is jack kourie my mother died in march of 2009. my cousin charles william fischer 111 is over the fischer estate. my mothers name was charlene marcia fischer kourie. my cousin has my mothers wil and will not let me see it and he will not put it in the courthouse. charles william fischer also has refused to probate my mothers will. i have no money for a phone call for an attorney and i have no money for a attorney. can someone please help me.(936)336-4078.
