      Control panel > add and remove programs or uninstall programs. Search the list and find the ones you don't like. Click uninstall.

          after uninstalling, restart computer. then defrag to get rid of fragments left by uninstalling it. there's a free defragger out there called "DEFRAGGLER". to there and it works faster and more accurately than MS defragger
