BEFORE YOU POST INFORMATION ABOUT CALIFORNIA THE STATE, SHE IS LOOKING FOR COPIES OF OLD BILLS SHE NEVER PAID AND NOW WANTS TO PAY. SHE LEFT THEM BEHIND IN CA AND ARE PROBABLY NOW MESSING WITH HER CREDIT.

Just contact the companies you owe money to. We can not find this information for you. I'm sure you're in collection now so the companies you owe probably no longer have the info either.

Some bills are retired after a period of years. Not all owed monies are eligable for this ,injury judgements ,child support,and others . This is called Debt retirement . Doing a Google search : unpaid judgements  retirement  a fast read looks like you could be on the hook for 20 years they can renew at 10 years . You need a lawyer!!!!!!!!!
