The League of Nations was the forerunner of the UN. It was set up after WW1 to arbitrate international disputes and was hailed by Christendoms clergy to be the political expression of Gods Kingdom on Earth.
These claims were proved false when Adolf Hitler and the pope Pius the 11th concluded a concordat to give priority to the Church of Rome in all the territories he conquered.
The UN has been no more successful that its predecessor in preventing war or for that matter making peace. But it has a final role to play.

3 day suspension because you continue to ignore my requests to not flood the forum with all your questions.

The lady is asking because she wants to know, and she is a lot more respectful than some of the toe-rags that occasionally get on this site.
Kind regards
COLLEEN never specified how many questions we are allowed a day .I did not realize how serious this was...I guess now I know...it still feels like we are not really free to speak our mind..it feels more like police state...do what I say when I say.Ask questions when you are given the permission otherwise...THEY SHUT YOU UP...for 3 day....or more...oops...sorry Colleen...just speaking my mind...felt almost like I was back in kindergarten...or workplace when the boss gives you suspension for misbehaving...BUT enough of that now...I am sorry...this was me and my silly attitude...Colleen I thank you because you made me smile even more...KNOWING WHAT I NOW KNOW FROM YOUR RESPONSE
