I have this tried many things before I went on the dreaded pills from the Doctor and did have more energy and lost loads of weight tho my hair is still thin and my skin is very dry still this does comewith the terroirity But I do cook with cocoanut oil which helps to prevent damage to yr thyroid it's expensive but worth it I got this as it runs in my family good luck
