    how do i get my final ck from my previous employer as I was a contractor.

    I worked for them as a contractor for 2 months and they still have not paid me. Told me they wanted me to prove I was legal before they sent my final pay. I am legal I was born here. Served our country and I am white.

      Your birth certificate and social security number would prove your citizenship. I hope you got them to pay you. I would have reported them for unfair business practices and then sued them for withholding pay they were legally obligated to pay causing undue hardship on you.
