Yup, costs money for sure....I'm with AT&T (one of their so-called package deals for cell phones, satellite dish TV and (again so-called "High speed") and I'm ready to drop it as it's over $200 a month and I believe I can find more reasonable carriers if I do some research!) Anybody got any suggestions? All would be greatly appreciated!

try to complain about the service. I did and got it fixed. they screwed up my lines and crossed them. been working great since repair.
Hey gary, thanks for the info, yeah...maybe I'll call and bitch (nicely, of course) and see if I can get anywhere with AT&T...they make their answers confusing as Hell unless you are fortunate to find one who really knows what customer service is all about!
