My son has been having a problem with his iphone "freezing". He's looking forward to exchanging it in a couple of months. He isn't looking forward to having to extend his service agreement another 24 months, though!

G'day MsBob, surely the provider would give your son a replacement phone if it is faulty, not take out a new contract to get another one, i can't believe it, it's an utter 'rip off . :(
It's likely he's not even inquired about having it fixed! Will suggest that to him. Thanks, bulletman!
