I know a dad who got two sister boxing gloves. The girls were about 7 & 9. They really couldn't lift the gloves very well but they tried. 

Hide your stuff. When she gets into your stuff go get HER stuff. Hmmmmmm?

1. Label the stuff.  2. Give her incentive (e.g. a candy)  for not messing.
