Instructions
1 Click on the "Start" menu and type "Device Manager" in the search box. Click to select it from the list of search results. It will open automatically.
2 Click the arrow or plus-sign icon next to "DVD/CD-ROM Drives."
3 Locate the drive you wish to enable and right-click on it. Click "Enable."
