I think my dog has congestive heart failure, what are the symptoms?
Cupcake is 16 years old. She is Deaf, Blind and she has a horrible deep cough. She is 75% incontinent. One the other hand, she eats good, is very social when she is not sleeping and really Loves being with her family. I worry about this cough. I am afraid of the vet because he told us 1 yr. ago that she would die any day. Any Suggestions??
