      You need a program to burn it with. If your computer is windows, you can use windows media center. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Burn-a-CD-or-DVD-in-Windows-Media-Center

        Follow Colleen's advice. It is on the money, but if still does not work for you, then use this method ..... place the DVD in a metal basket (if you are indoors) throw some papers in it, light the papers with a mach and viola !  you will have a " burn DVD" . lol
