      Because you're depressed with issues you find it hard to deal with on your own. Speak to friends and family. If that's not enough seek professional help. Start with your doctor and see if you need an antidepressant.

        Get professional help - this is a big question - involving so many issues


        There are two types of depression one endogenous when you do not know why you feel so down and two exogenous depression which is feeling down as a reaction to something that has happened albeit to you or anyone, anything else.
