You need to dry it as soon as possible. Don't use a hair dryer. You can use a wet/dry vacuum though as you want to suck the water out. Remove first of all, the battery and sim card, use the vac or if you'd prefer you can put it in a bowl filled with silica gel sacks. As most people don't have this lying around their home, you can use a bowl of rice. Good luck!
