I have ordered the driversmith to reinstall my printer hardware whichj is office jet j4450. I was under the assusmption by the info i recieved fromyour web site that this is what i was buying. Did i make a mistake? I can't get it to load. I can' even see wjere tjer is a down load button anywhere. Your help would greatly be appreciated

Never buy services like this. Just go to the manufacturer's website for a driver. They do not charge for replacement drivers >> http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&product=3645097
