I have ordered the driversmith to reinstall my printer hardware whichj is office jet j4450. I was under the assusmption by the info i recieved fromyour web site that this is what i was buying. Did i make a mistake? I can't get it to load. I can' even see wjere tjer is a down load button anywhere. Your help would greatly be appreciated
