       This happened to me! I failed to file with him and found any note I co-signed with him I had to pay!  After paying for things I DID NOT have I had to file also; just to save my paycheck from going to outstanding debts!   Talk to your lawyer, Don't get screwed like I did!

        That happened to my step-daughter.Then,after they got divorced and remarried to eachother, no one would give them a loan on a car or a house.So, they turned to dear old Dad.
