15 year olds, regardless of how mature they think they are, are still legal minors. Also, the parents have the right to tell the adult to stop having contact with their 15 year old child.

Depends on your definition of "Dating".Go to the movies,have a kiss & a cuddle sure.But DON'T take the next step!

Sexual intimacy with someone under the age of 18 (I think this is the minimum in most places) is considered statutory rape.  The penalty for someone found guilty of S.R. is prison.  
So, it's not illegal for an 18 year old to date a 15 year old, but they need to keep the relationship platonic.
