      Employment laws vary from country to country and sometimes even from city to city. It depends on where you live. You need to contact your local Employment Standards Office in order to obtain the correct information.

        Need to know the state. Not all states allow a 14 yr old to legally work in a business establishment. Rate of pay can be no less than minimum wage.
