    Where to go when a mentally challenge person has been taken advantage of?

    My brother, who is mentally challenged was mislead by his bank.

      i'd start with the bank manager,maybe even the president..if he was frauded why not the police!

        Police. It is a crime to take advantage of, humiliate, ridicule, demean, intimidate or disadvantage anyone especially the mentally challenged, elderly, physically challenged or children. The penalties go up for doing what your question asks.
