Only you can take you off google.
Remove google toolbar, go to start menu > Control panel > add/uninstall programs > locate google toolbar > uninstall
To change homepage > Have only the page open that you want to make your homepage > go to Tools > Options > General Tab > under Home page see "Use current page(s)" Click it and the click OK.
