    can a lawyer that represents you at onetime take a case against you years later than take another case against you and tell the opposing lawyer not to take the case because client won't have any money to pay him very soonhe thinks that i won't be able to preform as agreed in that prior case but only his guess

    I think it would be a conflict of interest and he should Recuse himself.  It would be grounds for appeal at the very least.  I am not an attorney.  But I watch lots of Court TV and Nancy Grace.  That should count for something don't ya think?  r/yvonne57
