Go to your local Post Office, they will have Customs forms that you must fill in with a list of items that you plan to ship. This form will also have a list of items that are illegal to send to other countries such as aerosols, flammable liquids, some food items etc. The Post Office will check the forms and weigh your package to make sure the correct amount of postage is paid to assure your package reaches its proper destination.
