You can not change the existing e-mail address. You can close it and create a new e-mail address. That's a lot of work when you can not stop spam (undesired e-mails). You will get those types of e-mails even with the new e-mail address. Just mark the unwanted e-mails as spam and you will no longer see e-mails from that address.
