Find the certain things you want, make sure they are compatible with your operating system. If they are not compatible, that would prevent the download.

Maybe your spam filter or browsing filter is set too high. Or maybe your smart screen or inprivate browsing filters are set too high . Try turning off your pop-up blockers. I had better luck when I did that.

maybe your browser is too old. I get message boxes that say that.
