    i have gotten used to spending when I was married

    now I am divorced and I keep on ordering things on the credit I live on a very fixed income and I know I can`t afford it but I do it anyway ,I am in overdraft every month and I still can`t pay my bills I need help with a budget

        Set yourself a budget and stick to it. Rough and easy to say. Eat more RAMEN and less red meat.  Walk more and get out of the house. Make new friends. Realize that being happy does not mean to possess. Be grateful you have the choice to spend or not............
