    If my daughter is 17 with baby and lives with me is she considered a adult. She lives with me.

    I just informed child support in Lexington KY that I'm not sending mother anymore payments
    she's not involved in anyway or support. My daughter 17 and her daughter has been leaving with me for 3 months

      Adult age is 18.

        I thought kids can't sign legal documents till they're 18. Therefore, she's NOT an adult. But, if she's living with you and you support her, why pay child support to your ex ?
