    is there a SIMPLE WAY to reformat sections of my word document into single spaced sentences instead of double spaced????

      I have Microsoft 7.  When I want to change the spacing, I make sure my document is in the "HOME" tab.  I highlight the part I want to single space, then go to the "No Spacing" icon at the top of the page, and "left click".  That should do it!
