Talk to the administrator. If necessary, hire your own attorney. People get real funny when there is money and valuables up for grabs.
My cousin was to receive property upon the death of our mutual, elderly cousin. His children hauled him back to the attorney and had her gift removed, notifying her via the attorney. She has learned that, although she is not "in the will" anymore, based on the fact that she was, at one time, a beneficiary, she is entitled to know everything about the estate disbursement upon our cousin's death. She is looking forward to everyone's discomfort at that time.
