    One has to drive (start it up, steer it, use breaks, etc.) a motorbike or car in order to ride it. So I say both take place at the same time. Both MUST take place simultaneously come to think of it. Unless you want to bring the "remote control" factor into the equation, I don't think think that is your intention.

    hmm, I'm not a car nor a bike but my kids DRIVE me mad :/
