    My computer is ; Packard Bell IMAX X3515. I can get Google Chrome and mozilla firefox What as gone wrong.

      Did you have IE8 or IE9?

        To Microsoft heaven. Click on all programs look for Internet Explorer, right click on it and scroll down to send to desktop create short cut.
