I do not know what email program that you are using. I highly recommend that you download the program Windows Live mail. It has all the features you sould possibly want. All of your email accounts can come into one account.
You can setup a group of people that you want to send the email to and with a single click all the people in the group that you want th email addresses are entered in the send to automatically.
