There are other humans on earth and maybe a few on a space station. As for the universe, I believe there are many other beings out there, though I do not think they are human.

Of course there are. There are trillions of stars and solar systems in the universe, which hold planets that have the same atmospheric conditions as ours. And God made the people to look like us, b/c it says in the Bible that he made us in His likeness.  Look at his son , Jesus. He was made to look like us  .

The Urantia book teaches that there are many planets where physical forms of beings have evolved as children of God. This world is inhabited by beings who are two brained electro-chemical creatures together with a natural support ecology. Would like to visit there someday?
