what if the person that ask for the patuernity test is not the father. Do i have to pay any of it?

The paying for the test test is the least of your worries here . If the test proves that you are the father,then you pay for the test and child support and a whole bunch more .If it proves you are not the father then the cost of the test is none of your concern .Your question was who pays for the test at this stage it dont matter .Some one is going to do it and you will have to live with the results .
