regarding divorce in old testament
in the old testament when the children of Israel wanted a divorce due to fornication , etc. he would say to his wife " I divorce thee" ( 3x's) and he was divorced. i thought maybe it was in Deuteronomy but i couldn't find it.

it is deuteronomy 24:1-4"when a man takes a wife and marries her,and it happens that she finds no favor in his eyes because he has found some uncleanliness in her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce, puts in her hand and sends her out of his home"! nothing about i divorce the 3 times aparently divorce lawers weren't in much demand!
