If you owned a building, paid for maintaining and repairing that building, paid the taxes and handled complaints from tenants, would you feel that you had a right to decide who lived there? What does your lease say? Can you move anyone else in, anytime you feel like it? Your landlord can so "NO" without even giving a reason.
