    I don't know how to interpret the median Rainfall outlook for Tasmania.

    I am interested in the area between Hastings Tas and Southport Tas. We have bought a property on the Hastings Harbour facing south, and are concerned about the medium to long-range water outlook.

      "Hastings, Tasmania rainfall" search netted 648,000 sites.
      "Southport, Tasmania rainfall" netted 467,000 sites. 
      Searching for "weather" of either will net hundreds of thousands of resources.  You can pick the site which gives you the information you need.  Beautiful area!
