      Carburetor needs a tune-up....sounds like it's running rich in fuel...and your tire pressure can be low.

        use a leaner mixture of gas. Have you been getting the oil changed regularly and been getting tune-ups ? Does the exhaust smell ? Maybe you're burning oil.
