October is national dessert month in the United States. Today (October, 8th) is Fluffernutter Day.

 Fluffernutter sandwich Ingredients:

2 slices of bread

peanut butter

marshmallow cream/fluff

butter

Directions

1. Melt 1 Tbl butter in a small skillet.

2. Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread and marshmallow creme/fluff on the other. Put the two together to make a
sandwich.

3. Place the sandwich in the melted butter in the skillet.

4. Very carefully butter the top of the sandwich as it sits in the skillet.

5. Cook each side until lightly browned.

6. Serve with a very large, very cold glass of milk.

Often a sweet tasting food..after the main course to contrast and compliment the main course meal!
