      Some women don't suffer any ill effects,and some suffer greatly,you might be one of the lucky one's.

        I never even knew I was in menopause. Still haven’t suffered from anything close to “hot flashes”. I just stopped having the monthlies………..

          Good question, most women have different symptoms during menopause. This is because of difference in the hormone structure of women. You should evaluate which symptoms you have; and which bother you much. Try to opt for treating the symptoms which bothers you a lot.
