Have you been working at a physical task that you do not usually do? Or do you have a joint problem, which causes aches and pains in the bones? If it is the soft tissue type, like muscles, take it easy, anti-inflammatory medications, and hot soaks in the tub, or ice massage. Have Styrofoam cups of ice rubbed on the painful muscles. The cup will keep ice from freezing the hands of the user.
