    Is it ok to workout in the evening before eating dinner,? or should wait after dinner ?

       You'll actually lose more fat if you work out before eating, because you'll have lower blood glucose levels, which will cause your body to rely on breaking down fat for a source of energy.  But working out anytime you want is much better than not working out at all.  Kudos to you for being motivated!
