    how do i teach my puppy/dog to stop jumping up on me?

    When he jumps, gentle push him down and say, "down" firmly but not yelling. You have to stick with it. Every time he jumps do this. He's a puppy and it will take time for his little brain to understand that the sound coming from you actually means something. Eventually he will get it though.

    he's doing it cause he loves you and is just a puppy, as he grows older you can teach him to behave using doggy snacks then you slowly ween him off the snacks and he should behave and be fun as well!
